Dave was phenomenal to work with. We had been looking to buy a home for over a year, and stumbled into working with him after a few false-starts with other realtors. We are so thankful that we were eventually connected with Dave!!! Dave went above-and-beyond to help us with an unusual purchase of a property that was mid-construction. He worked closely with us to get us the knowledge we needed to make critical decisions, and to connect us with experts in any given area. For instance: --- Since the property wasn't livable, we weren't able to work with a large bank to get traditional lending. Dave connected us with a local lender that was able to get us an extremely quick quote on short notice. --- Due to some particular asks for the seller, we had to make decisions for a series of counter-offers in short timelines. Dave helped us get answers to key questions we had during this back-and-forth, including scheduling a last-minute walkthrough with a contractor to evaluate the of the quality of the construction. Dave was patient in explaining the nuances around contingency and inspection processes, which, combined with his great advice, allowed us to make educated decisions. --- Dave proactively reached out to the city on our behalf, and separately scheduled a sewer inspection, to find out more about some work that might have to be done according to city guidelines by a specific deadline. --- After we purchased the property, Dave followed through with recommendations for a number of local contacts that we might need to help us finish the construction, including local architects, builders, surveyors, an insurance broker. We really enjoyed working with Dave, and were impressed by his expertise, breadth and quality of local contacts, thorough communication, and proactive problem-solving. Thanks again Dave!!!
